摘　　要：本文首先通过数字揭示了我国企业面临的一个突出问题———缺乏核心竞争力,然后阐述了核心竞争力,知识管理和创新三者的关系,指出知识管理和创新是提升企业核心竞争力的有效途径。在此基础上,笔者以提高核心竞争力为最终目标,着重从技术创新和管理创新两大模块剖析了企业的知识管理和创新之路。This article first reveals an outstanding problem our enterprises are faced with through some statistics. Then the author reveals the relationship among core competence, knowledge management and innovation and considers knowledge management and innovation as the way of improving core competence. On that basis, the author pays more attention to analyze the way of corporate knowledge management and innovation through technology innovation and managemnet innovation with the final object of improving core competence.
