摘  要:目的探讨体内内皮素(ET-1)、透明质酸酶(HA)I、II型前胶原(PCIII.)、Ⅳ型胶原(ⅣC)在肝纤维形成中的作用及与肝硬化患者肝功能损害程度和肝硬化门脉高压的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定了52例肝硬化患者和28例慢性肝炎对照者血清ET-1、HA、PCIII及ⅣC水平。结果实验组血清ET-1血清浓度明显增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肝硬化患者血清ET-1、HA、PCIII、ⅣC水平随着Child-Pugh分级及纤维化程度增加而增高;肝硬化食管静脉曲张患者血清ET-1、HA、PCIII、ⅣC水平明显高于无静脉曲张者(P<0.01)。结论ET-1、HA、PCIII.、ⅣC可能在肝纤维化和肝硬化门脉高压的形成中起重要作用,并与肝硬化患者肝功能损害程度有关。Objective To explore the effects of serum ET - 1, HA, PCⅢ and ⅣC on the development of hepatic- fibrosis, and the relationship between the severity of hepatic injury and Portal Hypertension. Methods The serum concentration of ET - 1 , HA, PCⅢ and Ⅳ C were examined with radioimmunological assay methods in 52 cirrhosis cases with a history of hepatitis as experimental group and in 28 patients with chronic viral hepatitis as control. The results were analyzed statistically. Results The serum level of ET - 1 in the experiment group was significantly higher than that of in control (P 〈0.01). The ET- 1 level, HA, PCⅢ and ⅣC were correlated with the severity of fibrosis and the classification of Child - pugh serial (C 〉 B 〉 A 〉 control) as well as the severity of esophageal varices ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion ET- 1, HA, PCⅢ, and Ⅳ C may play a key role in the forming of liver fibrosis and portal hypertension in liver cirriaosis, and they are correlated with the severity of hepatic injury.
