特制人工假体置换治疗近关节部位骨巨细胞瘤

摘　　要：目的探讨特制人工假体置换治疗近关节部位骨巨细胞瘤的疗效。方法特制人工假体置换治疗12例骨巨细胞瘤。6例股骨干粗隆部病变中4例行特制加长柄双极头假体,2例行特制全髋关节置换;2例股骨远端髁部、4例胫骨近端髁部行特制人工膝关节置换。结果治疗后随访1年以上,10例患者关节功能良好。无1例复发。结论特制人工假体置换治疗近关节部位骨巨细胞瘤能减少复发,使患者早期下地,有助于改善患者的生存质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of mega - prosthesis replacement in treatment of giant cell tumors of bone near the joints. Methods 12 patients with giant cell tumors of bone near the joints were treated with mega - prosthesis replacement. Results 10 patients had excellent joint function after more than 1 year follow - up after surgery. There were no recurrence. Conclusions Prosthesis replacement could reduce the rate of recurrence and enable patients exercise earlier and improve the quality of life.
