摘　　要：体育教育是学校教育的重要组成部分,体育教学中发生的伤害事故不仅可能使学生合法的人身权益受到侵害,而且也会给体育教育工作本身造成影响。对体育教学中伤害事故的构成及其引起的法律责任的性质的分析,有助于保障学生权利和维护学校正常的体育教学秩序。Physical education is an important part of school education . The injury accident not only encvoaches the students＇personnal interests , but also affects the physical education itself. So to found out the constitution of injury accident and the nature of following law duty is useful to insure the rights of students and protect the school＇s normal arrangement.
