摘　　要：逆向物流管理是物流管理的一个新领域,已经引起理论界和企业界越来越多的关注。文章介绍了逆向物流的内涵及其在国内外的发展现状,分析了逆向物流管理在降低企业成本、改进产品质量、保护环境、提升企业竞争力方面的意义,对企业实施逆向物流管理遇到的挑战进行了探讨,提出了相应对策。最后指出,企业应当构建适合自身的逆向物流系统,并对简单逆向物流系统和复杂逆向物流系统进行了比较。Reverse logistics management is a new field of logistics and is drawing more and more attention from theory and business circles. This article has introduced the meaning the development of reverse logistics at home and abroad, analyzed its significance in reducing the cost, promoting quality, protecting the environment and promoting enterprises＇ competitiveness, discussed the challenge and countermeasures for enterprises when implementing reverse logistics management, and finally, pointed out that enterprises should build suitable reverse logistics system and compared simple one with complicated one.
