摘　　要：高速公路规划方案确定以后,关于实施规划方案,如何安排建设顺序的问题,文章提出了一种解决办法———模糊综合评判法。该方法应用到湖南省高速公路建设序列实施问题上,得到了较为满意的结果。This article has analyzed comprehensively factors influencing building order in expressway construction, set up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation quota system in which the inex weighting is made with level analytic approach, and finally applied the system in many planned expressways and expressways in Hunan Province and the result is satisfactory.
