摘　　要：学分制是培养高质量人才的必然选择。本文在阐述学分制内涵、特征及优势的基础上,较详细地介绍了大连大学完善学分制的基本思路与改革措施,并从教学管理的角度针对改革中尚存在的主要问题提几点对策与建议。As it is Known to us, the credit system is the best choice of training qualified people. This article refers to the connotation characteristics and advantages of the credit system. Besides, it introduces the basic idea and reform measures of the system in Dalian University. IT also analyzes the problem existing in the reform of the credit system. For an administrative view, the article gives some suggestions and strategies to solve the problems.
