摘　　要：目的改进脑瘫患儿合并智能障碍的评定,充分发挥患儿的智力水平,防止造成患儿2次精神心理障碍。方法对220例脑瘫患儿进行康复前后的智力测定,作出智障诊断并采用综合手段全面康复治疗1个疗程(3个月)。结果220例脑瘫患儿中合并智力障碍164例,占74.5%;重度脑瘫儿合并智障者高达90%,康复显效患儿合并智障的比例低。结论影响脑瘫患儿智力评定的因素很多,应综合判断分析,寻求更合理的评定方法。Objective To improve the assessment of the cerebral palsy （CP） children with mental retarded disability, develop their potentials and prevent further psycho-psychotics disability. Methods 220 children with CP were assessed respectively before and after rehabilitation using IQ test, and diagnosed and received rehabilitation for one treating course （3 months）. Results 164 children had found with mental retarded among 220 cases, made up 74.5% of the total. 90% of the children with serious CP were also with mental retardation. The children had effect after rehabilitation was with a lower rate having mental retardation. Conclusion Many factors can influence the results of the intelligence assessment. Comprehensive judgment and analysis should be made in the intelligence assessment for the children with CP, a better and more reasonable assessment method is expected.
