摘 要:研究了因变形而引起的曲轴倾斜对轴颈轴心轨迹的影响。通过曲轴倾斜角与外力之间的关系,把轴颈倾斜角引进了其轴心轨迹的计算中,研究了轴颈倾斜角对轴颈中心轨迹的影响。研究表明:曲轴变形会造成轴颈中心轨迹发散;随着外垂向力的增加,轴颈中心轨迹会逐渐发散。The influence of the misalignment caused by a crankshaft deformation on the trajectory ot the journal beanng center was studied. By the relationship between the misalignment angle of the crankshaft and the force applied on the crankshaft, the misalignment angle was considered in the computation of the trajectory of the journal bearing center. The calculation shows that the deformation of the crankshaft can cause the trajectory divergence of the journal bearing center. Meanwhile, the trajectory is much divergent with the increase in foreign vertical force. This show that the deformation of a crankshaft should be considered in the analysis of the trajectory of a journal bearing center.
