摘  要:目的:比较正常人与不同类型精神分裂症患者对不同色光临界闪烁视频率的反应特征与差异。方法:选择1995-03/1999-03在延边脑科医院住院的患者359例,根据类型分为未定型精神分裂症患者90例,躁狂型精神分裂症患者143例,偏执型精神分裂症患者126例3类,同期选取正常人260例。用TS-1631型低频信号发生器来直接控制红、黄、绿3色闪烁管闪烁频率,测试正常人和3类不同类型精神分裂症患者的临界闪烁视频率。结果:按意向处理分析,359例患者及260例正常人均进入结果分析。①各组临界闪烁视频率比较:正常人组红、黄、绿色光闪烁视频率明显高于未定型、躁狂型、偏执型精神分裂症患者犤(33.02±0.30,28.97±0.76,28.92±0.65,28.13±1.54);(36.68±0.71,30.18±0.18,30.31±0.28,29.50±1.35);(40.45±0.67,30.79±0.27,30.72±0.43,30.02±1.51),P<0.01犦。②正常人对红、黄、绿光的平均闪烁视频率比较:分别为33.02,36.68,40.45,P<0.01。③3种精神分裂症患者对红、黄、绿色光闪烁视频率比较:差异无显著性意义犤未定型分别为(28.97,30.22,30.79);躁狂型分别为(28.92,30.31,30.72);偏执型分别为(28.13,29.50,30.02),P>0.05犦。结论:①正常人与3种类型精神分裂症患者对同种色光临界闪烁视频率对比,有高度显著性差异。②正常人对不同色光的临界闪烁视频率也有高度显著性差异。③不同类型精神分裂症患者对不同色光的临界闪烁视频率与精神分裂症类型无关,无显著性差异。AIM:To compare the reflection feature and difference of critical twinkle visual frequency for different color of light in normal persons and patients with different type of schizophrenics. METHODS:359 inpatients at Yanhian Brain Hospital between March 1995 and March 1999 were selected. According to the type, they were divided into 90 cases of non-stereotypia schizophrenia, 143 cases of irritable schizophrenia and 126 cases of paranoid schizophrenia. 260 common people were selected at the same period. The twinkle frequency of red, yellow and green twinkle tubes was controlled directly by the TS-1631 type low frequency signal generator. The critical twinkle visual frequency was tested in common people and three different types of patients with schizophrenia. RESULTS:According to the intention-to-treat analysis, 359 patients and 260 normal persons were all involved in the result analysis. ①Comparison of the critical twinkle visual frequency among every group: The twinkle visual frequencies of red, yellow and green light in the normal people group were significantly higher than those in the patients with non-stereotypia, irritable type and paranoid schizophrenia [(33.02±0.30, 28.97±0.76, 28.92±0.65, 28.13±1.54);(36.68±0.71, 30.18±0.18, 30.31±0.28, 29.50±1.35); (40.45±0.67, 30.79±0.27, 30.72±0.43, 30.02±1.51 ),P 〈 0.01]. ② Comparison of the average critical twinkle visual frequency of red, yellow and green light in normal people: Those were 33.02, 36.68, 40.45 ,P 〈 0.01, respectively.③Comparison of the twinkle visual frequency of red, yellow and green light in three types of schizophrenia patients: There were insignificant differenees [non-stereotypia was (28.97, 30.22, 30.79), respectively; irritable type was (28.92, 30.31, 30.72), respectively;paranoid type was(28.13, 29.50,30.02), respectively, P 〉 0.05].
