摘　　要：MCS51单片机内部有一个全双工的串行通信口,即串行接收和发送缓冲器(SBUF),这两个在物理上是独立的接收发送器,既可以接收数据也可以发送数据。但接收缓冲器只能读出不能写入,而发送缓冲器则只能写入不能读出。本文以MCS51单片机为核心,利用通用可编程的异步接收/发送器UART这个通信口既可以用于网络通信,亦可实现串行异步通信,还可以构成同步移位寄存器使用。如果在串行口的输入输出引脚上加上电平转换器,就可容易地构成标准的RS232接口,与PC机、MCS51单片机、网络计算机连接进行数据通信。可以方便监测系统,增强设备应用的灵活性。MCS- 51 has an entirely double -work serial interface that includes serial receiver and transmit buffer. They are alone Receiver/Transmitter in physical. They may receive and transmit data. Receiving buffer can only reading, but not writting. Transmitting buffer can only writting,but not reading. This paper introduces a theory of communication in UART based on MCS-51,UART is not only network communication and serial asynchronous communication,but also synchronous shift regist. If adding electric transformer in the Out/In of the serial interface ,UART is easy to have level RS 232,and PC,multiple microcontroller and network of computer communicate. It can be embbed in the inspective mobile system easily and improve the flexibility of equipment.
