摘  要:上海地铁4#线在上海体育馆站穿越地铁1#线,下行穿越段主要位于含水丰富的粘土地层中。为保证穿越施工的顺利进行,本次采用了人工地层水平冻结加固技术对地层进行了预加固,并实施暗挖施工。文章以该工程为背景,在进行地层冻结温度、应力、位移场耦合计算的基础上,借助车站结构加固、悬吊、托换等保护性措施,并在冻结过程中,利用卸压、控制冻结等方法,成功实现了车站的零距离立体换乘施工,希望对同类工程的施工有一定的借鉴意义。Shanghai metro line 4 passes through the line 1 at Shanghai stadium. The earth layer here is mainly clay with rich water. Therefore, the horizontal artifical ground freezing technique was used to reinforce the soft earth layer. Based on this engineering, the artifical freezing calculation model was applied to an underground engineering project, which is the first use of techniueqs on horizontal ground freezing and tunneling under the metro station in China, The freezing temperature, stress and displacement fields was obtained. Furtherly, with the help of reinforcement, pressure relief and control freezing techniques, the metro station was successfully built. It will offer other projects as a reference.
