摘　　要：将决策树方法应用于综合安全评估中人的可靠性分析,从而定量处理与分析因为人为因素而产生的概率,并估计错误对系统的影响,以船舶驾驶员安全航行说明了应用的可行性。This paper illustrates how to introduce the decision tree method to settle human reliability analysis （HRA） in ship＇s formal safety assessment （FSA）. By tiffs method, the probability of man-made nfistakes can be analyzed quantitatively and its influence to the system can be estimated. An example shows the method is feasible.
