摘  要:目的观察脑缺血再灌流后室旁核大细胞的形态学变化。方法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌流动物模型。HE染色,普通光镜观察;超薄切片,醋酸双氧铀和柠檬酸铅双重染色,JEM鄄1200透射电镜观察。结果脑缺血再灌流后,随着时间的延长,室旁核呈动态变化:细胞固缩越来越明显,神经毡不断增加,神经胶质细胞不断增多,无炎性细胞。大细胞的核染色质和核膜变化明显;细胞器变化的先后顺序是从滑面内质网扩张和线粒体嵴不清或消失开始的,细胞质空泡化次之,后出现部分细胞器的解体。结论缺血再灌流损伤后,大鼠室旁核出现明显的形态学改变,室旁核大细胞出现超微结构的动态变化。Objective To observe the morphological changes of the magnocellars of the pavaventricular nuclei(PVN) of the Wistar rat after ischemia-recireulation. Methods After setting up the global ischemia-recirculation model of the Wistar rat successfully, HE staining, general light microscope, uhrathin section, uranyl acetate and citromalic acid lead double stainings, JEM-1200 electron microscope were used in this study to observe the PVN. Results With the time passing by, the PVN presented dynantic changes: Cell pycnosis became more and more obvious, the neuropil continuously extended and the quantity of the neurogliocyte continuously increased after ischemia-recireulation. There were no inflammatory cells. The changes of the nuclear matrix and the nuclear envelope of the Magnocellars were obvious. The organelles showed the changes as following: Firstly, the sERs expanded and the mitochondrial crests were not clear or dispeared ; Secondly, the cavitations appeared; Finally, the organelles disintegrated. Conclusion The PVN of the rat presents morphological dynamic changes after ischemiarecireulation. The dynamic ultrastructural changes of the magnocellars of the PVN appears.
