仙台病毒免疫治疗荷白血病小鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：先给小鼠腹腔植入１０＾５个Ｆｆｉｅｎｄ白血病细胞，４８ｈ后，腹腔注射仙台病毒１．８×１０＾６ＰＦＵ用以治疗小鼠白血病，４组的治愈率分别为３８％，４０％，３０％和２０％，平均３２％。未经病毒治疗的对照组治愈率为０。治疗组死亡率的平均生存时间为９．０ｄ，对照组为５．５ｄ。测定仙台病毒感染鼠的ＮＫ细胞活性，第２ｄ杀伤率达高峰３８％，为未感染对照组的两倍。x 106 pFU Sendai viruses were injected i.p. into mice 48 hours after i.p.transplantation of 105 Friend leukemia cells to treat murine leukemia. The cure rates ot the4 treated groups were 38%, 40%, 30% and 20%, espectively and the average was 32%,whereas none of those of the untreated groups was cured. The average life timc of thetreated groups was 9.0 days, while the untreated groups’5. 5 days. Two days after injectionof virusi.p., the NK cell activity of the Sendai一virus,infected mice gets to the highestlevel 38%, but that of the normal mice onlv 18.5%。
