摘　　要：邓小平理论中蕴含丰富的人才强国战略思维,而选才思想是邓小平人才强国战略思维的重要组成部分。其选才思想主要体现在三个方面:一是健全选才的标准,要按照“又红又专”、“四有”、“四化”的标准选拔人才;二是严格选才的原则,倡导以宽严有别、宽严有度、德才兼备、选贤任能等选拔人才的基本原则;三是完善选才的方法,在选拔人才的过程中要严格组织路线、敢于打破常规、勇于竞争选才。这三个方面相辅相成,密切关联,共同构成邓小平选才思想的有机整体。Deng Xiaoping Theory contains rich strategic thinking of atrengthening Chine through taterts, in which the thinking of selecting talent is one of the main pats The thought of selecting talents is mainly revealed in strengthening the standards, enforcing the principles and perfecting the messures of selecting talents, The three of the above supplement each other, go hand in with each other, and make up an organic whole of Deng Xiaoping＇s thought of selecti ng talents,
