摘 要: 研究茉莉酸甲酯对烟草幼苗抗病毒相关酶活性的影响.以茉莉酸甲酯(methyljas monate,MJ)处理或接种烟草花叶病毒的广黄55和K326烟草幼苗为材料,测定一些抗病毒相关酶活性.发现MJ处理提高广黄55幼苗的几丁内切酶、几丁外切酶、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)和脂氧酶活性,降低β1,3-葡聚糖苷酶活性;MJ处理后接种烟草花叶病毒,K326幼苗的β1,3-葡聚糖苷酶和SOD活性都降低.上述结果表明,MJ诱导K326抗花叶病毒的机制可能不同于巴西烟草.Four-leaf seedlings of tobacco Guanghuang55 and K326 were used to study the resistance to tobacco mosaic vims(TMV). After the seedhngs were sprayed with methyl jasmonate (MJ) , TMV were inoculated to the leaves. The activities of chitinase, β- glucanase, supemxide dismutase(SOD), lipoxygenase(LOX) of were determined after treatment. The activities of endochitinase, exochitinase, SOD, and LOX in tobacco seedlings increased after treatment, while the activity of β-glucanase decreased. When the seedlings were treated with TMV, the activities of β-glucanase and SOD decreased. Conclusion : It is suggested that the mechanism of MJ inducing the resistance of K326 tobacco to TMV may be different from that of Brazil tobacco.
