凋亡蛋白抑制因子Survivin在肺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究凋亡蛋白抑制因子Survivin在肺癌细胞中的表达,并探讨其表达意义。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测60例肺癌,其中腺癌22例,鳞癌22例,小细胞癌9例,大细胞癌7例,正常肺标本l0例中Survivin蛋白的表达情况。结果60例肺癌中有36例(60%)表达Survivin,其阳性率和表达强度均显著高于正常组(P<0.01);SCLC组表达强度显著高于NSCLC组(P<0.05);Survivin的表达强度和阳性率与淋巴结转移和临床分期显著相关(P<0.05),其中Ⅰ+Ⅱ期表达水平显著低于Ⅲ+Ⅳ期(P<0.05)。结论Survivin在肺癌组织中过量表达,与病情进展和恶性程度相关,对肺癌的发生、发展起促进作用,为预后和疗效估计提供一定的依据。Objective To investigate the expression of inhibitor of apoptosis protein Survivin, and determinethe role in lung cancer. Methods The expression of Survivin was detected by immunohischemistry. 60cases of lung cancer and 10 cases of normal lun, tissue were examined. Results 36 cases （60 % ） of 60 lung cancer express Survivin; the expression degree of SCLC is higher than that of NSCLC （P 〈 0.05） ; the expression degree and positive rate of lung cancer was higher than that of the normal tissue （P 〈 0.0 1）. The positive expression rate and degree was significantly related to lymph node metastasis and the stage （P 〈 0.05）, the expression of stage Ⅰand Ⅱ was lower than that of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Survivin was overexpressed in lung cancer and it was related to the advancement and malignant behavior of lung cancer; Survivin may play promotion roles in the development of lung cancer and it may play a role in prognosis assessment and treatment.
