摘 要:目的:探讨急性心理应激对不同运动负荷大鼠血清IL-6和TNF-α含量的影响。方法:对大鼠进行为期11周不同负荷的的运动训练,于实验末日的次日施加心理应激并取血清采用放射免疫法测定IL-6 和TNF-α含量。结果:经过11的运动训练后,与对照组相比,30分钟运动组大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-α的含量无明显变化(均P>0.05),60分钟运动组大鼠血清IL-6的含量上升(t=-2.48,P=0.027),但TNF-α的含量下降(t=-5.10,P=0.000);应激组大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-α的含量低于对照组(t=4.20、t=-4.03,P=0.000);与应激组相比,(30分钟游泳+急性心理应激)组大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-α含量上升](t=-7.89,P=0.000),而(60分钟游泳+ 急性心理应激)组大鼠血清IL-6、TNF-α含量呈下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同负荷的运动对IL-6、TNF-α含量的影响不同,适宜负荷的运动不仅能够提高机体的免疫功能,而且还能够提高机体对急性心理应激的拮抗能力。Objective: To explore the effect of acute mental stress on IL-6 and TNF-α of rats with different levels of exercise. Method: Rats were trained by exercise with different load for 11 weeks. At the end of training, the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were measured by radioimmunoassay. Result: Compared with blank control, the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α of rats with 30min training had no significant difference, the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α of rats with 60min training had higher IL-6 and lower TNF-α levels (t=4.20, t=-4.03, P=0.000). The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α of rats with both 30min training and acute mental stress were higher than that of rats with mental stress only. The results of rats with 60min training and mental stress had no significant different to that of rats with mental stress only. Conclusion: Different levels of exercise have different impact on IL-6 and TNF-α of rats. Moderate training not only can enhance the immune function of the body, but also can improve the level of counteraction against acute mental stress.
