摘　　要：课程资源的开发与利用是新一轮体育与健康课程改革的重要保障,本文在对课程资源的涵义与分类剖析的基础上,提出了我国体育健康课程资源开发与利用的具体措施。The development and exploitations of the course resources are the important guarantees of the PE and healthy course reformation. With the methods of archives materials, the logic analysis etc, on the foundation that the connotation and classifications of the course resources be analyzed up, the author puts forward concrete measures for the development and exploitation of our country P.E. and health course resources.
