摘  要:用水模拟低压铸造中的合金液,研究了升液速度、升液管结构尺寸对充型流动形态的影响。结果表明,型腔有效截面积S4一定时,升液管内径D1较大有利于低压铸造实现快速平稳充型。当D1<5.0cm时,升液管内截面积S1与升液管出口截面积S2比值应小于1.6;型腔有效截面积S4与升液管出口截面积S2比值对充型流动形态的影响比升液管结构的影响显著,S4∶S2应小于40。当D1>5.0cm时,S1∶S2应小于3,升液管结构的影响变得重要,可采用适当锥度的锥形口来优化升液管的结构。一般S4∶S2应小于25。Effects of lift velocity,structure size of lift tube on the flow morphology of mold filling were investigated by hydraulic simulation.It was found that a larger interior diameter (D_1) is beneficial to rapidly and smoothly filling mold with a given working section (S_4) of lift tube.S_1/S_2 (ratio of interior section and out-section) should be lower than 1.6,and S_4/S_2 ratio has the more significant effect on the flow morphology than the lift tube structure when D_1 (interior diameter) is lower than 50 mm.S_1/S_2 should be lower than 3,and the lift tube structure has the more remarkable effect on the flow morphology when D1 is more than 50 mm,so the proper conic ingate can be used to optimize the lift tube structure but S_4/S_2 should be lower than 25.
