摘 要:设计了扭振测量的多种方法。在两轴断面上装置编码器,测量一个编码器脉冲间隔时间、两个编码器相同编号的脉冲间滞后时间,用多种算法处理脉冲间隔时间和脉冲滞后时间,实时获取振动数据,分析测量精度。比较了各种方法,介绍采用高性能DSP(DigitalSignalProcessor)数字信号处理器实现转轴扭振测量中的关键技术。Many of methods are designed to measure twist angle and angular velocity of miler. Measuring time of intervals between impulses given by one code, and of lagging behind between the same numbered impulses given by two codes at two terminal cross sections of shaft, processing data of the time by lots of algorithm, twist angel between two terminal cross sections of rotating shaft and torsional vibration can be obtained in real time. Measuring precision analysis is discussed and the methods are compared and analyzed,the keys of completing system of measuring torsional vibration using high performance DSP( Digital Signal Processor)are also introduced.
