摘 要:为保证抽油机工作的可靠性,研制一种基于单片机的智能化抽油机控制器。该控制器以单片机AT89C51为核心,用电流互感器作为传感装置,通过对抽油机驱动电动机的工作电压、三相电流进行巡回检测,实现对抽油机工作状态的监视,并可在出现故障时自动切断驱动电动机的电源对抽油机进行保护。该控制器还可将出现故障时的工作电压、三相电流值保存下来,作为日后故障诊断及故障排除的依据。To ensure the working reliability of oil-pumping machine, an intelligent controller of oil-pumping machine based on single-chip microcomputer is developed. The controller takes single-chip microcomputer AT89C51 as its core,and takes electric current mutual inductors as its sensing devices. It monitors the working condition of the oil-pumping machine through the itinerant measurement for the working voltage and triphase currents, and protect oil-pumping machine when failure occurs by means of automatieally switching off the power of the driving motor, The controller can also saves values of the working voltage and triphase currents that appeared when failure occurs. Use these data as the bases for subsequent failure diagnosis and subsequent failure obviation.
