摘　　要：目的探讨手术或外伤所致晶状体后囊膜损Ⅰ期后房型人工晶状体植入术的疗效、预后及并发症.方法对28例病例进行术后及3月～1年的随访观察及回顾性分析.结果 28例患者均顺利Ⅰ期植入后房型人工晶状体,随访观察证实矫正远视力＞0.3为82.14%,＞0.6为39.28%,,无严重并发症出现.结论视晶状体后囊膜破损情况选择合适的手术方式Ⅰ期植入后房型人工晶状体安全可行,疗效令患者满意.Objective To discuss the curative effect, prognosis and complication of the posterior chamber artificial tens implantation in the primary operation for the posterior lens capsule damage arise from operation or trauma, Methods The operation data and follow- up survey materials from 3 months to 1 year of 28 in - patients were analyzed retrospectively combined with the operator＇s experience, Results All 28 cases were successfully in implantation of posterior chamber artificial lens in the primary operation according to the follow- up survey. The cases with corrected distant vision beyond 0. 3 accounted for 82.14 %, and beyond 0. 6 accounted for 39.28 %. No serious complication occurred in the operation. Conclusions According to the degree of posterior lens capsule damage, the posterior chamber artificial lens implantation operation can be selected, The operation is safe and the curative is satisfactory.
