超声诊断乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺良性肿瘤,恶性肿瘤的二维和彩色多谱勒超声的特征性改变。方法超声检查90例乳腺肿块,分析良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤的声像图特点。结果乳腺恶性肿瘤包膜不完整或无包膜,形态不规则,边界呈毛刺状,肿瘤内微小钙化点及穿支血管的检出率分别为52.6%和84.2%,明显高于良性肿瘤(P<0.01)。结论乳腺肿块超声检查探查到微小钙化点/穿支血管,常常提示为乳腺癌,超声检查对乳腺肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断有重要价值。Objective To investigate the characteristic changes of benign and malignant breast lesions by two- dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Fifty- seven cases with breast carcinoma and thirty- three with benign lesion were examined by ultrasound and compared with the result of surgery and pathology. Results Most of the malignant lesions were shown irregular shape and spinous edge, with incomplete or without capsule. The most outstanding ultrasonographic features of the breast malignancy were with micro- calcification and perforating bloot vessels in the tumor, the detectable rate were 52.6 96 and 84.2 96 respectively, which differed significant from the benign lesions. Conclusions Micro - calcification and perforating bloot vessels in breast mass strongly suggested the diagnosis of breast cancer. The ultrasound is of great value in differential diagnosis of breast lesion.
