摘　　要：目的了解河南省消除新生儿破伤风的工作现状。方法采用描述流行病学的方法,对河南省消除新生儿破伤风策略的实施进展情况进行分析评价,探讨有待完善的地方,提出改进建议和方法。结果为实现消除NNT,河南省逐步推行了各项消除策略,取得了很大成效,新生儿破伤风年报告发病率仅为0.0435‰。但育龄妇女破伤风类毒素接种的效果欠佳,监测系统也尚有待进一步完善。结论需进一步在贫困山区推广清洁接生,提高育龄妇女破伤风类毒素的接种率;关注流动人口生育的状况,加强监测和管理;加强对监测人员的培训,减少病例漏报。Objective To explore the present situation of eliminating neonatal tetanus in Henan province. Methods Using the descriptive epidemiology method, analyses the implementation of dispelling neonatal tetanus tactics of Henan province, to probe into the imperfect things, offering the suggestion and method of improving them. Results In order to realize eliminating the neonatal tetanus, Henan province has carried out each elimination strategy gradually, and obtained better result, the annual report incidence rate is only 0. 0435‰. But vaccination effect of tetanus toxoid to child - bearing age woman is not good enough. And the Surveillance System still need to be perfected further. Cohclusions Sanitary delivering in the poor mountain area needs to be popularized further, the inoculation rate of the tetanus toxin of women of child - bearing age should be improved ; The state that floating population bears should be paid close attention to and managed; It needs to strengthen training to the monitors, to reduce the cases failed to report .
