丁二酸洛沙平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症对照研究

摘　　要：目的研究国产丁二酸洛沙平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效与安全性。方法应用丁二酸洛沙平和利培酮进行对照研究,采用PANSS、TESS量表评定临床疗效及不良反应。结果丁二酸洛沙平组显效率72.73%,有效率90.91%;利培酮组显效率79.07%,有效率93.02%,两组之间疗效无显著差异,在阳性症状方面两组间有显著性差异。结论丁二酸洛沙平治疗精神分裂症疗效肯定,安全性好;在改善病人兴奋躁动方面,洛沙平优于利培酮。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects and side effects of domestic loxapine succinate in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Eighty-seven patients were randomly assigned to loxapine succinate group and risperidone group. The curative effects and side effects were evaluated with PANSS and TESS. Results Curative effects of loxapine succinate were similar to those of risperidone. The marked improvement rate of the former was 72.73% and the latter was 79.07%. The effective rate of the former was 90.91% and the latter was 93.02%. Conclusion Loxapine succinate has good effect and safety in treating postive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia especially in excitement.
