摘　　要：通过对山西省六所不同类型高校信息用户需求的问卷调查,用户对图书馆资源的了解度及利用信息的目的、需求、途径、获取手段以及对图书馆提出的服务要求等问题进行分析,为强化图书馆服务提供参考。The thesis investigated the demand of six universitis information- user in Shanxi Province through the questionary, summarized the user＇s comprehension for the resource of library and their aim, demand, acquired ways of information using. The questionary about library＇s serve was analysed and the reference to strengthen it was suggested.
