摘　　要：在本文设计的发酵系统中,上位机通过工业以太网与嵌入式下位机通信。利用LabWindows/CVI设计的良好的SCADS监控界面,实现实时数据和历史数据曲线的显示,通用高级控制算法接口。利用DataSocket技术,实现多个发酵系统的网络监控。In the ferment system designed in this paper, super ?computers communicate with embedded systems through industrial Ethernet. A favorable SCADA interface is designed with LabWindows/CAI, displaying real-time and history data curves. Through network, multi-ferment systems can be supervised and controlled with DataSocket technique.
