摘　　要：令H是可分复Hilbert空间,L(H)为H上所有有界线性算子的全体.介绍了Cowen-Douglas算子的性质,然后研究了一类Cowen-Douglas算子的换位的Jocobson根和极大理想.Let H be a complex separable Hilbert space,L（H） denote the collection of bounded linear operators on H. The properties of Cowen-Douglas operators are introduced, and the Jocobson radicals and maximal ideals of the commutants of a class of Cowen-Douglas operators are discussed.
