摘　　要：高校教务管理现代化是学校管理科学化、规范化水平的标志。教务管理现代化是一个不断发展完善的过程,主要通过确立现代化管理观念、采取现代化组织形式、使用现代化管理方法和管理手段等策略来实现。The modernization of teaching affairs management is the symbol of the scientific management and standardization of college management. It is a process of development and perfection, which is realized mainly through the absorption of modem management concepts and means and the establishment of modem institutions.
