摘 要:阐述食纤维粘菌处理与常温低碱处理从海南细基江蓠中提取琼脂的研究,探讨它们在琼脂提取中的作用和不同条件下对琼脂凝胶强度与出胶率的影响.结果表明,食纤维粘菌处理对细基江蓠表层中色素、纤维素、蛋白质等降解相当有效,从而大大提高碱处理效果.The yield and physical properties of agar from Gracilaria tenuistipitata harvested in Hainan province (China) , were investigated. There was a positive correlation between Cgtophaga spp. treatment and gel strength of agar. The effect of different concentrations of NaOH in the alkali treatment was evaluated. Alkali treatment was effective both in removing alkali-labile sulphate and increasing the gel strength. The temperature also had significant effect on the quality of agar. The relative high gel strength indicated that the results might be used in the commercial production of agar.
