摘  要:根据驱动圆盘犁的外载特性,详细论述了驱动圆盘犁平衡存在的若干问题及其影响因素.指出动力输出轴的转向对驱动圆盘犁平衡及入土性能具有较大的影响,牵引阻力对平衡的影响视土壤条件而定,圆盘外刃面与凸面具有平衡侧向力的作用,提升状态驱动圆盘犁的偏转会损坏驱动轮高花纹.提出采用左翻驱动圆盘犁,可以提高驱动圆盘犁的平衡性能和入土性能.The problems of the balance in power driving disk plow were discussed according to the property of tillage outer load. It showed that the balance and penetrability of power driving disk plow were considerably affected by power takeoff (PTO) turning, the effect of drawing resistance on balance depended on soil firmness, and the disk's outer edge and exterior performed balance function. If power driving disk plow was off balance in transportation, the tread of tractor driving wheel would be scathed. A left-turn power driving disk plow was proposed because it enhanced penetrability and balance capability.
