墨旱莲黄酮类提取物抗自由基作用及体内抗氧化功能的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究墨旱莲黄酮类提取物的抗自由基作用及体内抗氧化功能。方法:通过测定小鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA含量的变化,研究墨旱莲黄酮类提取物(flavonoidextractofEclipataalba,FEE)对小鼠体内抗氧化功能的影响;并通过测定FEE清除羟自由基率和抑制超氧自由基率的实验,证明FEE的体外抗自由基作用。结果:FEE可显著增强小鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量;并可有效地清除羟自由基和超氧自由基。结论:FEE具有明显的抗自由基作用及体内抗氧化功能。Objective： To study the effects of flavonoids extract of Eclipata alba（FEE） on antioxidation and scavenging free radical. Methods：The effects of FEE on SOD, GSH-Px activity and MDA content in serum of mice, rate of scavenging hydroxyl radical and rate of inhibiting superoxide anion radical were studied. Results： FEE had an improving effect on SOD, GSH-Px activity in serum of mice, a reducing effect on MDA content in serum of mice, and a good scavenging effect on free radical. Conclusion： FEE has antioxidation and scavenging free radical effects.
