摘　　要：从自由基氧化应激学说、分子遗传学研究、肺癌的基因易感性的角度介绍了吸烟导致肺癌的机制。分别从流行病学调查和实验室研究两方面阐述了维生素E预防吸烟导致肺癌的研究现状,以及维生素E干预机制的研究进展。The mechanism of smoking-induced lung cancer is discussed according to the theory of free radical oxidative stress, molecular genetics and gene susceptibility of lung cancer. The present status of research on prevention of smoking-induced lung cancer by vitamin E on the basis of epidemiological survey and laboratory research is introduced. The progress of research on mechanism of vitamin E interference is also discussed.
