摘　　要：在推铅球教学过程中,对“顺向”和“逆向”两种教学方法进行实验对比,证明“逆向教学法”更适合高校大学生的生理、心理特点,有利于提高学生学习的积极性和主动性。“Normal teaching method” was compared with “Contrary teaching method” In processes the teaching process of shot put. Experiment proved that a better teaching effect can be reached and the initiative of students can be enhanced. The reason is that “Contrary teaching method” is suitable to the students＇ psychological and physiological characteristics.
