摘  要:目的:探讨中场对比增强磁化传递成像(MTI)在肺癌脑转移瘤的应用价值。方法:对25例患者(含89个病灶)进行SE-TIWI检查后,注射造影剂钆喷酸葡胺(Gd-DTPA),剂量为0.1mmolkg,然后依次进行SE-T1WI和SE-MTI扫描。通过比较对比度噪声比(CNs值),对SE-T1WI和SE-MTI的影像结果进行评估,对两种增强序列所显示的转移灶数量进行对照。结果:所有对比增强SE-MTI图像CNs值(35.7713±11.19)比SE-T1WI对比增强图像的CNs值(20.9036±11.55)高,t=-4.624,P<0.001。对比增强SE-MTI序列比SE-T1WI对比增强能显示更多的转移灶数目(26个),χ2=10.1318,P<0.005。结论:增强SE-MTI在显示肺癌脑转移灶较SE-T1WI增强更敏感、CNs值更高、检出率高,应作为脑内转移灶的常规序列。Objective: To study the application value of mid-field contrast-enhanced magnetization transfer imaging in lung metastatic lesions of the brain. Materials and Methods: SE-T1WI was performed in 89 lesions of 25 patients before the administration of Gd-DTPA(0.1mmol/kg), and the SE-T1WI and SE-MTI were performed after the administration of Gd-DTPA. Metastatic lesions of the brain were evaluated by means of a contrast-to-noise ratio(C/Ns). Number of lesions was counted and compared on the two types of images. Results: All lesions had a higher C/Ns on contrast-enhanced SE-MTI than on SE- T1WI. C/Ns was 35.7713±11.19 for SE-MTI and 20.9036±11.55 for SE-T1WI(t=-4.624, P〈0.001). The contrast-enhanced SE- MTI showed more lesions(26 lesions) than SE-T1WI(X^2=10.1318, P〈0.005). Conclusions: Contrast-enhanced SE-MTI appears to be more sensitive than SE-T1WI and have a higher C/Ns and detection ratio of metastatic lesions, and may be used as routine sequence in metastatic lesions of the brain.
