摘 要:目的通过对比声学造影与增强CT的时间-强度曲线,初步探讨本科室自制的脂质体超声造影剂的显像机理。方法采用低机械指数,常规超声频率,对14只左肾种植有VX2肿瘤的家兔进行观察,造影前显示肿瘤的最大切面,注射超声造影剂后固定探头切面10min,得到声学造影的灰阶时间-强度曲线,在48h内做CT增强的时间-密度曲线。结果肾肿瘤和肾实质声学造影和增强CT的时间曲线达峰值时间无统计学差异(P>0.05),曲线下降斜率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论CT和超声造影剂在肾脏内药物代谢动力学不同,通过肾脏后的CT造影剂经肾小球毛细血管滤过由肾脏排泄,而本实验室自制的超声造影剂可在体内多次循环灌注肾脏,是血池显像剂。Objective To investigate the imaging principle of the self-made liposome contrast agent (Zhifuxian), the comparison of the time-intensities acquired by the ultrasound contrast imaging and the CT contrast imaging was done. Methods A total of 14 rabbits planted VX2 carcinoma in the left kidney were involved in the study before the injection of the contrast agent the maximum imaging acquired with the low mechanic index (MI) diagnosis ultrasound, then the imaging was stabled after the injection of the liposome contrast agent, the first 10min images were recorded and the time-intensity curves were acquired according to the images and the time-intensity of the helical CT contrast imaging were also acquired in 48hs. Results As to the time to peak there was no statistically significant between the ultrasound contrast imaging and the helical CT contrast imaging, but for the slope of the descending curve there was statistically significant. Conclusions The pharmacokinetics of the ultrasound contrast agents and the CT contrast agent was different, CT contrast agents is excreted through the renal corpuscles, whereas the self-made ultrasound agents could repeatedly perfuse the renal corpuscles.
