摘 要:目的研究c-Myc和hTERT蛋白在口腔白斑和鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与二者发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测口腔白斑48例、鳞状细胞癌41例和10例正常口腔粘膜组织中c-Myc和hTERT蛋白的表达,并进行统计学处理分析。结果在正常口腔粘膜组、单纯增生性白斑组、异常增生性白斑组和OSCC组c-Myc蛋白表达的阳性率分别为0(0/10)、21.43%(3/14)、52.94%(18/34)、75.61%(31/41),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在正常口腔粘膜组、单纯增生性白斑组、异常增生性白斑组和OSCC组hTERT蛋白表达的阳性率分别为0(0/10)、7.14%(1/14)、32.36%(11/34)、58.54%(24/41),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论c-Myc蛋白、hTERT蛋白的表达与细胞增殖及肿瘤的发生密切相关,可能是检测OLK恶变潜能的指标。Objective To investigate the expression of c-Myc and hTERT and their relation between the development of OLK and OSCC. Methods Immurtohistochemical staining technique was used to detect expression of c-Myc and hTERT protein in 48 cases of OLK, 41 cases of OSCC and 10 cases of normal oral mucosa. All data were analyzed statistically. Results The expression rates of c-Myc protein in normal control group; simple hyperplasia OLK, dysplasia OLK and OSCC were 0(0/10), 21.43 % (3/14), 52.94% (18/34) and 75.61% (31/41) respectively, showed a significant difference among them (P〈0.05); the expression rates of hTERT protein in normal control group, simple hyperplasia OLK, dysplasia OLK and OSCC were 0(0/10), 7.14% (1/14), 32.36% (11/34) and 58.54% (24/41) respectively, showed significant difference among them ( P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of c-Myc and hTERT protein may be closely related to cell proliferation, differentiation and carcinogenesis.They may be useful index for evaluating the malignant potential of OLK.
