功能性消化不良患者胆囊排空评价

摘　　要：目的:了解功能性消化不良(Functionaldyspepsia,FD)患者胆囊排空功能,探讨胆囊运动与FD的关系。方法:采用放射性核素显像法检测26例功能性消化不良患者(FD组)空腹及试餐后胆囊排空,并与21例正常成人(NC组)空腹及餐后胆囊排空作比较。结果:FD组患者十二指肠显像时间为(43.2±2.6)min,对照组(NC组)为(25.7±3.8)min;空腹及试餐后40,50,60min胆囊排空分数明显低于正常对照组相应时相的胆囊排空分数,有显著性差异。结论:FD患者存在胆囊排空障碍,考虑系胆囊收缩无力和Oddis括约肌运动不协调所致,胆囊排空障碍是功能性消化不良的病理生理基础和病因之一。Objective： To investigate gallbladder emptying function in patients with functional dyspepsia （FD group） and the relation between gallbladder motion and dyspepsia. Methods： The emptying function of precibal and postcibal gallbladder in 26 patients with FD were studied using ^99mTc-radionucleography and compared with those of 21 normal controls （NC group）. Results： The time for radionucleogram of duodenum in FD group was （43.2±2.6） minutes and NC group （25.7±3.8） minutes after ^99mTc-EHIDA-85 MBq administration.The emptying rates of precibal and postcibal gallbladder at 40,50,60 min in FD group were significantly decreased as compared with those of normal controls （P〈0.001）. Conclusion： Patients with FD seem to have a decreased gallbladder emptying function induced by weak gallbladder contraction and incoordination of Oddis sphincter.This study suggested that abnormal gallbladder emptying is one of basic pathophysiology in FD.
