摘  要:目的:了解功能性消化不良(functionaldyspepsia,FD)患者血浆胃肠激素水平变化。方法:放免技术检测20例健康志愿者(对照组)和32例功能性消化不良患者(FD组)空腹及餐后血浆胃动素(MTL)、促胆囊收缩素(CCK)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、生长抑素(SS)水平。结果:FD组空腹及餐后血浆MTL测值低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.001);FD组空腹血浆CCK测值与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),餐后有显著性差异(P<0.001);FD组空腹与餐后血浆VIP测值高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.001);FD组空腹及餐后血浆SS测值与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:FD患者血浆MTL、CCK水平下降,VIP水平升高。Objective: To study the changes of plasma levels of gastrointestinal hormones in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods: Thirty-two patients with functional dyspepsia (FD group) and Twenty cases in control group were studied. Plasma levels of Motilin (MTL),Cholecystokinin (CCK) ,Vasoactive Intestional Peptide(VIP) and Somatotatin(SS) were measured with radio Results: The levels of preprandial and postprandial MTL were obviously lower in FD group (P〈 0.001 );The preprandial CCK levels had no difference in two groups (P〉0.05), while the postprandial CCK levels were significantly decreased in FD group (P〈0.001). The levels of preprandial and postprandial VIP were much higher in FD group than that in the controls (P〈O.001). No significant difference was found in plasma levels of SS between FD and controls (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The patients with functional dyspepsia had decrease of plasma levels of MTL、CCK and elevation of VIP.
