摘  要:目的探讨肾癌术前超声检测彩色血流平均密度(mean color vessel density,MCVD)与术后病理组织学分级、微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)的相关性.方法对50例肾癌患者术前行超声检查,计测MCVD值,术后对肿瘤组织标本进行病理组织学分级,用抗CD105单克隆抗体行免疫组织化学染色计测MVD值,对结果进行统计学分析.结果 MCVD与MVD呈正相关(r=0.480,P<0.05),术后病理组织学分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级,各病理组织学分级的MCVD及MVD比较差异均有显著性意义(均P<0.05).结论随肾癌病理组织学分级的增高,MVD值增加,MCVD值也增加,MCVD能客观显示不同病理组织学分级肾癌的血管分布情况,可作为术前判断肾癌预后的指标.Objective To explore the correlation of mean color vessel density(MCVD) generated from ultrasound and histopathological grades in pathology, the microvessel density(MVD) in renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods Fifty cases were examined with ultrasound and their MCVD was calculated preoperatively. After operation all the slices of tumor tissue specimens were stained with routine HE and graded in histopothology. Immunohlstochemistry was done with anti-CD105 monodonal antibody and MVD was calculated respectively. Then MCVD, MVD and histopathological grades were analyzed statistically. Results MCVD and MVD showed positive correlation (r = 0. 487, P 〈 0.05 ) in the 50 cases. Histopathology was graded Ⅰ-Ⅲ after operation. MVD and MCVD in different histopathological grades were different significantly( P 〈0.05). Conclusions With higher histopathological grades of case, MCVD and MVD were higher too. MCVD could show the vascular distributions of vessels in different histopathological grades of RCC objectively, and it can evaluate prognosis preoperatively.
