摘　　要：对眼前段重建联合开放式玻璃体切除术冶疗35例(35只眼)严重眼前段感染,进行回顾性研究。追踪随访3年,其中31例(88.6%)控制了感染并保全眼球,18例(51.4%)植片透明,10例(28.6%)获得0.05以上矫正有用视力。该术式为多联手术,包括角膜移植、虹膜切除、晶体摘除、开放式玻璃体切除、恢复眼球形态及重建前房。并对手术方法及存在问题进行了讨论。35 cases (35 eyes) with severe infectious in the ocular anterior segment were treated by combination of the anterior segment reconstruction with open vitrectomy. Postoperative follow-up was three years. The iuflammation in 31 eyes (88.6%) was controlled and the eyeballs were survived successfully. Of the 35 cases, the grafts in 18 cases (51.4%) were clear. The corrected visual acuity in 10 eyes (28.6%) was 0.05 or better. The surgical techniques include kcratoplasty, iridectomy, lensectomy, open vitrectomy, reformation of eyeball shape and anterior chamber. The surgical techniques and remaining problems were discussed.
