摘　　要：专题数据库的开发是高校图书馆开展特色信息服务的基础,是传统低层次服务向高层次服务过渡的体现。专题数据库的开发应坚持特色化原则、标准化原则、服务于教学科研原则、协作化原则、安全性原则。The construction of special subject databases is the foundation of academic library in special information service development,it＇ s also a symbol of the transition from the traditional low level service to a high level service. There＇re several guiding principles in the construction of special subject databases： the principle of specialized subject choosing;the principle of standardized data processing;the cooperation principle in construction of databases;the practical needs- meeting principle and the high- standard quality principle.
