摘　　要：针对聚酯过程中的粘度软测量问题,采用主元分析方法结合和控制限对现场测量数据进行过失误差剔除等预处理,利用RBF网络建立软测量模型。采用面向对象技术、多线程技术、动态链接技术开发软测量软件包,该软件包具有开放、实时、通用的特性。To the problem of soft-sensing the viscosity in the PET industry process, the technique of principle component analysis combining the and control limits is used to detect gross error, and then PET soft-sensor based on RBF neural network is introduced. By using the object-oriented technology, multiple thread technology, and dynamic linkage technology, a soft-sensing software package is developed, which has the features of open, real time and common use.
