摘　　要：今天视频检索的重要性已经越来越被人们所重视。本文总结了视频信息检索技术的发展历程、技术特点及国内外应用现状,最后预测了未来的发展趋势。Today, people pay more and mere attention to video retrieval. This paper summarizes the development process and technological characteristics of video information retrieval technologies, and their applications in China and abroad. The development trend of video information retrieval technologies is predicted.
