摘 要:对可再分散聚合物乳胶粉的制备过程进行了分析,对制备过程中单体选择、功能单体选择和聚合物结构、乳化剂的应用、保护胶体、无机助剂以及喷雾工艺等影响因素进行了探讨,提出母体乳液聚合配方及工艺的选择将决定产品对水泥砂浆的改性效果,而乳胶粉的再分散效果以及存储稳定性等主要是受喷雾过程影响。对可再分散乳胶粉在外墙外保温、瓷砖和建筑用胶粘剂、自流平地坪、建筑腻子等领域的应用及应用前景做了介绍。Preparation process of redispersible latex powder was analyzed. Influencing factors such as monomer selection, selection of functional monomer, polymer structure, use of emulsifier, protective colloid, inorganic auxiliary agent and spraying technology during preparation were discussed. It was presented that formulation of precursor emulsion polymerization and selection of technology would determine modification effects of the product on cement mortar while redispersible effects of latex powder and storage stability were mainly influenced by spraying technique. Application of redispersible latex powder to exterior thermal insulation, adhesives, self-leveling floor, building putty and prospects for application were described.
