摘　　要：目的探讨CT、MR I检查在舌癌的诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析31例经病理证实的舌癌的CT、MR I表现。结果CT、MR I对舌癌的病变侵犯范围和扩散途径均能良好的显示。结论CT、MR I可较准确的显示病变的范围及扩散途径,对临床治疗方案的确定提供了重要依据。Objective To study the appliance value of computerized tomography （CT） and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） in the diagnosis of tongue cancer. Methods CT and MRI manifestation of 31 cases of tongue cancer proved pathologically were retrospectively analyzed. Results CT and MRI displayed the location,extent and diffused pathway of tongue cancer. Conclusions CT and MRI could accurately reveal the scope and diffused pathway, which provide the important evidence for determination of clinical treatment project.
