摘  要:分析了相量量测装置的量测误差情况,指出了相量量测参与状态估计计算的必要性。在完全使用相量量测的情况下,给出了基于直角坐标系的实数形式的电力系统线性量测方程和相应的线性静态状态估计算法。对负荷预报加潮流计算的系统状态预报方法进行改进,通过对误差协方差阵计算公式的推导与简化,提出了新的预报误差协方差阵计算公式,并将其与线性量测方程相结合,提出了基于相量量测的线性动态状态估计算法。最后讨论了线性状态估计算法的使用条件,并采用IEEE30节点系统对提出的算法进行了验证。This paper analyzes the measuring errors of the phasor measurement unit (PMU) and points out the necessity of state estimation based on PMU measurement. A linear measurement equation and linear static state estimation algorithm based on right-angLe coordinates are given when PMU measurements only are used. Based on the improvement of the system state estimation method by using load forecasting and load flow, through the deduction and simplification of the error covariance equation, a new predictive error covariance equation is proposed. By combining the proposed error covariance equation with the linear measurement equation, a new linear dynamic state estimation algorithm is also proposed. The application conditions of linear state estimation are discussed and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is illustrated with numerical simulation using an IEEE 30-bus system.
