摘 要:分别对无刷直流电机(BLDCM)在传导区和换相区的转矩脉动进行全面的分析,提出在三相逆变桥入端加上前级BUCK变换器,通过单一直流母线电流的反馈闭环控制来抑制转矩脉动的方法。该方法在理论上彻底地消除了BLDCM在传导区内的转矩脉动,而且使得瞬间换向区间电流上升相与电流下降相的电流斜率平衡,从而有效地削弱了换相期间的转矩脉动。试验证明了此方法的有效性和可行性。This paper presents a comprehensive analysis on torque ripples of brushless dc motor drives in conduction region and commutation region. A new method for reducing the torque ripple in brushless dc motors with a single current sensor has been proposed by adding the step-down BUCK converter that regulates the amplitude of the current. The inverter which is controlled in such a way as to supply 3-phase rectangular current with a pulse width of 120° electrical degree to the motor. The proposed control scheme makes the commutation current slopes of incoming and outgoing phases balanced effectively during the commutation interval of the phase currents. So in such drives, torque ripple suppression technique is theoretically effective in commutation region as well as conduction region. Effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control method is verified by experiments.
